Our sight is something that we sometimes take for granted, but as an Ophthalmic Laboratory Technician, you could be responsible for emphasizing the importance of healthy eyes to your patients. Students will learn about common eye disorders, testing for visual acuity, depth perception, color blindness, proper use of optical instruments, prescription analysis, and fitting technologies.
