The Sports Fitness program is designed to prepare students with the knowledge base to easily transition to college or be prepared for a career in sports, fitness, or the healthcare field. Entry-level hands-on skills will enable students to become certified in nautilus strength training, sit for group fitness certification test, and also test to become a student athletic trainer aide.
